If you have family and friends around you, you should have plenty of support from people who you know and trust to help you along your way. Yes mistakes will happen, but you can't let things get so dire that you need to turn to medicine rather than a good solid piece of advice and friendship. I have a bit of overactive thinking and my imagination can go abit ravid sometimes, but you can't let it get the better of you, that is partly a purpose of these blogs. To let off some steam.
